Refund policy

Due to the nature of consignment, all sales are final.

We do our best to accurately describe an item and its condition within the product description. Our rating system is out of 10, with 10 referring to items that are in unused condition (tags attached). We only sell items of above 7/10 condition. A 7 rating will indicate a small amount of wear (perhaps a vintage item) or a small imperfection.

We take steps to accurately describe sizing as well. "Fits true" indicates that you should take your regular size.

If an item is delivered to you which does not match the description (colour, size) please contact us and we will try to make it right.
